How To Register

Online

  1. Complete the Registration Form 
  2. You will receive a registration confirmation and an email asking you to create a parent account to access our parent portal. In the parent portal you will have access to all the information including the invoice and online payments (coming soon). 
  3. You can then either come in and pay during Studio office hours, send us an email money transfer, pay online (when the option becomes available).

In-person

  1. Come in during our office hours and fill out a registration form.
  2. The reception staff will be happy to complete your registration and provide you with your invoice on the spot. 
  3. You can then select your payment option from one of the options below. 

Payment Options

Option 1: Payment in full upon registration 

(cash, cheque, credit card, email money transfer)

Option 2: Payment in two installments

First payment is required upon registration (cash, cheque, credit card or email money transfer). Second payment must be provided by post-dated cheque, for December 1 (for the regular season) or July 1 (for the summer season). Post-dated cheque must be provided upon registration. 

Option 3: Monthly payments (available for the regular season only)

First payment is required upon registration (cash, cheque, credit card or email money transfer). Subsequent payments must be provided by post-dated cheques, for the first of every month (7 post-dated payments). Post-dated cheques must be provided upon registration.
