Complete payment for classes must be provided at the time of registration. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, e-transfer, credit card or post-dated cheques (we add 2.75% for credit card fees). Cheques are made payable to Studio 360. Students will not be able to attend class without complete payment (all post-dated cheques must be provided upon registration). All post-dated cheques must be dated for the first of every month. If they are not dated for the first of the month, they will be deposited on the first of the following month. Studio 360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrolment of any participant who does not pay these fees.

    Costume payment

All students must purchase a costume for every class for the end of year recital and/or for competitions, this is not optional. A $100 non-refundable costume deposit is required for each routine upon registration at the beginning of the year. This deposit will be applied to the price of the costume you receive in March/April. No costumes will be given to participants without complete payment. Prices will be adjusted once we receive the final costs. Accounts will be adjusted and either credited (if they are less) or an updated invoice will be sent to you with an outstanding balance. The balance is to be paid within 1 month of receiving the invoice. Studio 360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrolment of any participant who does not pay these fees.

    Competition fee payment

All competitive students must pay for their competition registration fees, this is not option. A $160 non-refundable deposit is required for each routine upon registration at the beginning of the year. This deposit will be applied to the price of your registration fees. Prices will be adjusted once we receive the final costs. Accounts will be adjusted and either credited (if they are less) or an updated invoice will be sent to you with an outstanding balance. The balance is to be paid within 1 month of receiving the invoice. If these fees are not paid, Studio 360 reserves the right to prevent the student from participating in any or all competitions, as well as suspend or terminate the dancers’ participation in the competitive team.

If the participant has paid with post-dated cheques, all post-dated cheques beginning the month after notice is given will be given back to the participant.

*During the regular season, if the participant sends a withdrawal notice after January 1 (more than half the year already completed), no refund will be issued and all post-dated payments will continue to be processed.

    Cancellations

Classes with insufficient registration may be cancelled. If a class is cancelled, every attempt will be made to place registered participants in another time slot. Weather conditions

Classes may be cancelled due to bad weather conditions. Participants are informed prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of the cancellation by email and a notice is posted on the Studio’s social media pages. If participants do not receive a notice, this means that classes have not been cancelled and they can choose to attend or not based on their own preference. Should a class be cancelled by Studio 360 due to bad weather conditions beyond our control, every attempt will be made to reschedule to another time to make up for the missed class.

If the enrolment is terminated by Studio 360 due to attendance issues, Studio 360 reserves the right to determine what amount (if any) will be provided as a refund.
