Geri Cadwallader started dancing at 7 years old in Oregon, WI. She is trained in ballet and jazz. She trained with Chicago Association of Dance Masters, Dance Wisconsin, and has taught at several studios in the Wisconsin area. She has choreographed local musical theater with credits including - Annie, The Music Man, Guys and Dolls, and a partial show of Fiddler On The Roof (this show was interrupted by the adoption of her daughter...).
She took a break from dancing & pursued a career in natural health - managing Pro Health Chiropractic in Sun Prairie for 16 years with her husband, Dr. Rob.
In 2024, she returned to the dance studio & her passion reignited - she decided it was time to bring her 25 year dream to life - opening Studio 360 in 2025.
Artistic Director/Co-Owner
Layla Peterson is a multidisciplinary dance artist based in Madison, Wisconsin. Originally from Portage, Michigan, she holds a BFA in Dance from Western Michigan University and has over a decade of experience in teaching, performing, and choreographing throughout the Midwest.
Layla’s training spans hip hop, contemporary, jazz, ballet, modern, and tap. She has worked under renowned artists including Suave (Hip Hop ConnXion), Annie Franklin, Joshua Manculich, Monique Haley, and Christian Denice, and has performed works by Aszure Barton, Rennie Harris, and Michael Bennett. Her performance credits include appearances at Gibney (NYC), RAD Fest, ACDA, and Western Dance Project.
Deeply passionate about arts education and community engagement, Layla has also contributed to curriculum development and arts programming in Chicago’s Noble Network of Charter Schools. She continues to create and share dance as a powerful tool for connection, expression, and impact.
