Aurora Hines
Aurora Hines is a Madison–based educator, performer, and choreographer. She holds a BFA in Dance and a certificate in Pilates from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Aurora's love for dance began at Virginia Davis School of Dance, where she trained in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, contemporary, and hip hop. While at UW–Madison, she expanded her training to include improvisation, somatics, dance composition, and the classical Pilates repertoire.
In April 2025, Aurora presented her debut dance concert, The Act of Viewing, which explored the female experience through contemporary and theatrical dance aesthetics. She has toured as a Principal Singer/Dancer with the Kids from Wisconsin as well as the Wisconsin Singers. Currently, she serves as the Assistant Choreographer for the Wisconsin Singers and is performing with Jin-Wen Yu Dance in his upcoming dance concert this September.
Aurora is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive environment at Dance 360. She believes in the power of functional dance technique to honor each dancer’s unique body. Her Pilates training deeply informs her teaching, helping dancers develop strength, mobility, and clarity.
